📦 General product questions

What is the difference between PowerBox 11kW and 22kW?

PowerBox 11kW:

Maximum power: 11 kW (three-phase 16A)
60 kWh battery charging time: ~5.5 hours
Perfect for everyday overnight charging at home
Sufficient for most electric vehicle users

PowerBox 22kW:

Maximum power: 22 kW (three-phase 32A)
60 kWh battery charging time: ~2.7 hours (twice as fast!)
Perfect for demanding drivers and vehicles with large batteries
Recommended for companies, vehicle fleets and commercial applications

Bottom line: If you're charging at night and have a smaller battery, choose the 11kW. If you need fast charging and have a large battery, choose the 22kW.

Does PowerBox work with my electric vehicle?

YES! The PowerBox is equipped with a standard Type 2 (IEC 62196-2) connector, which is the universal European standard. It works with all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles manufactured worldwide, including:

Volkswagen (ID.3, ID.4, ID.5, e-Golf)
BMW (i3, i4, iX, iX3)
Audi (e-tron, Q4 e-tron, e-tron GT)

Can I use PowerBox outdoors?

YES! The PowerBox is fully compatible for outdoor installation. It features:

IP54 protection class – full resistance to rain, snow, dust and moisture
Mechanical resistance IK6 – withstands impacts
Temperature range -45°C to +55°C – works in all weather conditions

You can install PowerBox on the facade of a building, in a garage, in a parking lot – wherever you need it.

🔧 Installation and technical requirements

What are the electrical requirements for the PowerBox 11kW?

PowerBox 11kW requires:

Three-phase power supply 400V (L1, L2, L3, N, PE)
16A protection per phase
Residual Current Device (RCD) Type A or B
Wires of appropriate cross-section (min. 2.5 mm² for 16A)

You can also connect the PowerBox 11kW to a single-phase (3.7 kW) or two-phase (7.4 kW) installation – the station will automatically adjust the power.

What are the electrical requirements for the 22kW PowerBox?

PowerBox 22kW requires:

Three-phase power supply 400V (L1, L2, L3, N, PE)
32A protection per phase
Residual Current Device (RCD) Type A or B
Wires of appropriate cross-section (min. 6 mm² for 32A)

You can also connect the PowerBox 22kW to a single-phase (7.2 kW) or two-phase (14.4 kW) installation.

Can I install PowerBox myself?

NO. Installing the PowerBox charging station requires an electrical license (SEP). Work on 400V electrical installations may only be performed by qualified electricians with the appropriate licenses .

Improper installation may be dangerous and will void your warranty.

How much does it cost to install a PowerBox?

The installation cost depends on:

Distances from the electrical box to the installation site
The need to modernize the electrical installation
Mounting type (wall, pole)
Region and local electrician rates

Approximate cost: PLN 500-2000 (depending on the complexity of the installation).

We recommend contacting your local SEP-licensed electrician for a quote.

How long is the charging cable?

The PowerBox is equipped with a 5-meter cable with a Type 2 plug. This is sufficient length for most home and commercial applications.

How long does it take to charge my vehicle?

Charging time depends on:

Vehicle battery capacity
Charging station power (11kW or 22kW)
Current battery charge level
Maximum vehicle charging power

Example for a 60 kWh battery (0-100%):

PowerBox 11kW: ~5.5 hours
PowerBox 22kW: ~2.7 hours

Example for an 80 kWh battery (0-100%):

PowerBox 11kW: ~7.3 hours
PowerBox 22kW: ~3.6 hours

Will my vehicle use the full 22kW power?

It depends on the vehicle. Most modern electric vehicles support AC charging:

11 kW (16A three-phase) – most vehicles (Tesla Model 3 Standard, VW ID.3, Nissan Leaf)
22 kW (32A three-phase) – premium vehicles (Tesla Model 3/Y Long Range, Audi e-tron, Porsche Taycan, BMW iX, Renault Zoe)

Check your vehicle's specifications to find out the maximum AC charging power.

How does RFiD authorization work?

PowerBox is equipped with an RFiD (NFC) card reader that allows you to control access to charging:

The set includes 2 RFiD cards
You can add up to 20 user cards
To start charging, place the card on the reader
Only people with an authorized card can use the station

This is an ideal solution for companies, housing communities, hotels and anyone who wants to control access to the station.

What do the LED colors mean?

PowerBox communicates via colored LEDs:

🔵 Blue – station ready, waiting for vehicle connection
🟡 Yellow – vehicle connected, waiting for authorization with an RFiD card
🟢 Green – vehicle is charging
🔴 Red – Communication error or emergency stop

🛡️ Warranty and service

What is the warranty on PowerBox?

We provide a 24-month manufacturer's warranty for all PowerBox stations from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Incorrect installation (by unauthorized persons)
Improper use
Force majeure events (lightning, flood, fire)
Do-it-yourself repairs or modifications
Mechanical damage caused by the user

We will consider your complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

📦 Shipping and delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing your order and depend on the delivery country and the weight of the shipment.

Approximate costs:

Poland: from 30 PLN
European Union: from PLN 60

How long does delivery take?

Order processing time: up to 3 business days from receipt of payment

Delivery time:

Poland: 2-5 business days
European Union: 5-10 business days

Can I track my shipment?

YES! Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery status.

What should I do upon receipt?

IMPORTANT: Check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier!

Check if the packaging is not damaged
In case of damage, prepare a damage report with the courier.

💰 Payments and Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Traditional transfer (prepayment)

Can I return the product?

YES. Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Do you accept returns of products after installation?

NO. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products with visible signs of assembly or electrical connection.

❓ Other questions

Does PowerBox have a mobile app?

Currently, PowerBox does not have a dedicated mobile app. The station operates fully autonomously – simply connect the vehicle and authorize it with an RFiD card (if enabled).

Can I buy PowerBox for my company?

YES! We offer solutions for businesses, housing communities, hotels, and developers. Contact us for wholesale offers or special terms:
